The QLAB applauds our undergraduate research assistants, Emily Cohen, Janet Liu, Ananya Arvind, and Abigail Demosthene, who presented their work at the Research, Innovation, Scholarship, Entrepreneurship expo for research and creative projects at Northeastern on Friday, April 11th, and at Northeastern’s Undergraduate Research Symposium on Tuesday, April 15th! Great work to everyone involved, and special thanks to our lab manager, Brynn Siles, graduate student Katherine Trice, and our lovely PI, Dr. Zhenghan Qi, for supporting these projects.
Fourth year Emily Cohen presented about her work investigating the role of functional connectivity during word learning in autistic and neurotypical adults.
First year Janet Liu presented about a phonemic serial recall task and its use in measuring language abilities in children.
Second year Ananya Arvind presented about an orthographic serial recall task and its use in measuring language abilities in children.
